Our fine selection of jellies, jams and condiments carefully prepared by hand from the wonderful sea buckthorn fruit. Almost all parts of seabuckthorn are used to develop our products.
Sea buckthorn is rich in vitamin C, in fact 25 times more than oranges. It contains more than 18 amino acids, many fatty acids, also minerals and trace elements.
All our balsamic are from Modena Italy. They contain between 60 and 80% of grape must and 40 to 20% of vinegar aged wine. These are PGI vinegars (Protected Geographical Indication) but can not be sold as such due to bulk.
