Use with lemon, wild mushrooms, berries and red meat. If you like to add them to your burgers, poultry braises and red wine or port sauces, we recommend grinding them first. They can also be infused in a simple syrup to give a wild touch to cocktails of all kinds, or used to flavor iced tea. To infuse: infuse 2 tablespoons per cup of hot water for 5 to 7 minutes to extract the flavors. Infuse up to two times.
