Indispensable for a real traditional Chinese fondue.

For fondue, add the broth mix to 6 cups of water and 1/2 a cup of red wine. Let the mix simmer for 30 minutes then pour into the fondue pot. For soup, add carrots, celery, green beans, all cut in small pieces. For a meal-soup, add chickpeas or animal protein.
