Labrador tea: helps fight insomnia and calms nervousness. Jasmine: soothing and sedative, it brings relief from migraines. Lemon: contributes to a restful sleep. Put a piece in each portion of infusion. Extra: if you want some extra magic, after letting the mixture infuse for 5 minutes, add a little lemon juice.
Not recommended during pregnancy. Avoid taking this infusion on an empty stomach in the morning.
Before each use, hold the infusion jar upside down and stir to mix the herbs well. Turn the jar upright, open and take about 1 teaspoon of the blend.
Break up the plants with your fingers or with a mortar and pestle to bring out the aromas and properties.
Put the mixture in 250 ml of water and heat until simmering.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
Strain and enjoy.
