Sweetfern is very aromatic, it will give off notes of thyme, honey and eucalyptus. It goes very well with other spices such as cinnamon and ginger, think of your recipes for fish with fatty flesh such as salmon… it will also enhance your pork and chicken dishes. Think also of using it in your meat pies. Finally, sweetfern is very good as a herbal tea with two teaspoons of infusion.
