As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email that will include a detailed list of prices and taxes, if applicable, as well as shipping fees. When you place an order, you authorize Savon des Cantons Inc. to debit your credit card in the amount of your order, including shipping fees and taxes, if applicable. Custom charges (collected by the customs services in your country) may apply for packages shipped outside Canada. All our prices are in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will automatically convert the transaction into your country’s currency.

If a product is not suitable or is defective, please return it within seven days of reception, in its original packaging, to the following address: Savon des Cantons, 1540 chemin des Pères, Canton de Magog, Québec, Canada J1X 5R9.

Please note that all our products are handmade using traditional methods. Their color and appearance may vary slightly from one batch to another.

Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard. The transactions are secured by Paypal.

Taxes

For delivery outside of Canada : no taxes are applied.

For delivery in Canada and Québec: federal tax of 5% is applied on the total of the order, as well as HST if applicable.
